Have you ever been travelling somewhere and thought your journey could be more enjoyable? We want you to tell us how by joining our Transport User Panel.

The panel is made up of people who are happy to complete surveys for us about their journeys using trains, buses or on the roads. We use the information we collect to tell transport operators what they should be doing, to make journeys better for users.

Panel surveys mean we can get a quick sense of what’s happening ‘in the moment’ on transport. As it’s made up of transport users across the country, we can quickly gather views on specific issues. The findings can even be used to support our larger, more complex research projects.

We’ve previously used the feedback we’ve collected to give guidance on matters including keeping passengers informed about upgrade work at stations or showing the impact of strike action on passengers.
