Wales and Borders franchise awarded to KeolisAmey

Responding to the announcement that KeolisAmey has been awarded the new Wales and Borders rail franchise Anthony Smith, chief executive of Transport Focus, said:

We know that their priorities include value for money and the ability to get a seat, as well as more reliable services.
