Bus Passenger Survey – West Midlands area spring 2016 results

This is a report about the journey experiences of bus passengers in the Transport for West Midlands (West Midlands Combined Authority) area. The survey was carried out between March and mid-May 2016.

The Bus Passenger Survey asks passengers to rate all aspects of their bus journey covering key factors such as planning the journey, the facilities and information provided at the bus stop, fares, the helpfulness of the driver and their driving standards.
