Bus Passenger Survey – West Midlands area spring 2018

This is a report about the journey experiences of bus passengers in the West Midlands Combined Authority area. The survey was carried out between March and mid-May 2018.

The Bus Passenger Survey asks passengers to rate all aspects of their bus journey covering key factors such as planning the journey, the facilities and information provided at the bus stop, fares, the helpfulness of the driver and their driving standards.
