Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a Guest Satisfaction Survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper. These results were collected prior to the introduction of new rolling stock and therefore will set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the Caledonian Sleeper service will be measured.

Click below to download the reports for April 2018 to March 2019 – that is Q1 (rail periods 1-3), Q2 (rail periods 4-6), Q3 (rail periods 7-9), and Q4 (rail periods 10-13).
