Coronavirus travel survey

While Government instructions are to stay at home, many people still have to travel. Transport Focus and London TravelWatch carried out a survey with the Transport Focus Transport User Panel to better understand the experiences of those who still travel for work or to get access to food and other essential services during the coronavirus outbreak. We also asked about the experience of claiming a refund on season tickets.
