Looking to the future: transport user’s priorities February

As we start 2024, we know that there are a number of challenges that face the transport industry and transport users. At Transport Focus we have the data and expertise to understand the experiences of transport users and what they think.

Given we have elections around the country this year, we thought it would be useful and timely to set out the priorities that transport users have to improve their journeys and how some thought these challenges might be met. We hope that this presentation will help inform thinking and debates on the best ways forward.
