Strategic Roads User Survey and Transport Focus Data Hub

Data from a new survey by independent watchdog Transport Focus has found that over the period April to August 2018 some 82 per cent of road users are satisfied with their last journey using a motorway or major ‘A’ road managed by Highways England.

Other results are illustrated on this summary document, which also introduces the new Transport Focus Data Hub, unveiled alongside the Strategic Roads User Survey at Highways UK on 7 November 2018.
