Christmas journeys: Transport User Community

This report from Transport Focus’s Transport User Community seeks to understand community members’ travel plans around Christmas, what modes of transport they plan to take, how different to ‘normal’ it will be compared with previous seasonal travel and how people feel about the prospect of taking public transport over Christmas.

We first checked in with people on their Christmas plans before the five day relaxation of restrictions was announced (week commencing 9 November) and then again after the announcement was made (week commencing 30 November) to see if and how plans had changed.
