Caledonian Sleeper passenger satisfaction

This is the second customer satisfaction survey carried out by Transport Focus for Caledonian Sleeper. It was set up to mirror the National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS) but carried out online. We asked passengers for their views about the journey they had just made, both in general and on a number of specific areas regarding the station, the train and the service received. Annually this survey covers around 2000 Caledonian Sleeper passengers.
This is the last survey using this approach. We are currently working with Caledonian Sleeper to redesign their customer satisfaction measures and to make these more appropriate to the overnight travel (accommodation and hospitality) experience.
