Network Rail Wales and Western region: passenger research for 2024- 29 business plan

Network Rail’s Wales and Western region wanted to ensure that its business plan was based on passengers’ experience of the railway in the region and how they would prioritise spending for Control Period 7 (2024-2029).

Transport Focus has worked with the Wales and Western region to generate this insight from passengers to feed into the region’s business plan.
