Season ticket refunds – follow-up survey

Transport Focus carried out a survey with its Transport User Panel to better understand the experiences passengers claiming a refund on season tickets during the coronavirus outbreak. 

Transport Focus spoke to almost 700 people between 6-13 May 2020.
