Transport Focus evidence to the Transport Select Committee on coronavirus

The Transport Select Committee has held an informal session with Secretary of State for transport Grant Shapps, and another public session with other ministers, looking at the impact of coronavirus on transport.

Transport Focus and London Travelwatch provided detailed briefing on the experiences and needs of transport users at this time.

Themes include information on changes to service patters, information on refund rules, and ensuring services are able to ramp back up once the situation changes.
