The Transport Focus Board called a special meeting with the managing director of South Western Railway, Andy Mellors, and route managing director for Network Rail, Becky Lumlock.

Our Board was keen to hear their observations about the Waterloo blockade and what lessons can be learnt for the future. This meeting also heard how South Western Railway and Network Rail plan to turn around the downward trend in performance over the last 15 months and improve the situation for passengers.

The special meeting took place at St. Bride’s Institute, London, on 9 January at 10.30 – 11.30am, and was open for members of the public to observe.
