Whole Industry Strategic Plan – Transport Focus submission

In December Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT) issued a call for evidence on the Whole Industry Strategic Plan (WISP) – a document that will ultimately set out the strategic vision and plan for rail over the next 30 years. GBR wanted views (supported by evidence) on the challenges facing rail and priorities for improvement over the short, medium and longer term.

We responded to this call for evidence, drawing heavily from our research. A copy of our reply can be seen below.
