Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a Guest Satisfaction Survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
Click below to see the results for the period between December 2019 to March 2020. This is 2020 quarter 4, which is rail periods 10, 11, 12, and 13. Fieldwork stopped early due to coronavirus.
You can also see the results of the last survey, for the period between April to December 2019 – that is Q1 (rail periods 1-3), Q2 (rail periods 4-6) and Q3 (rail periods 7-9).
