Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a Guest Satisfaction Survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.

Click below to see the results for the third quarter of fieldwork for the year 2020/21, combining rail periods 7, 8, and 9. Fieldwork for this took place between 23 September and 29 December. This covered journeys made between 20 September and 12 December

You can also see the results of the last survey, between December 2019 to March 2020. This is 2020 quarter 4, which is rail periods 10, 11, 12, and 13. Fieldwork stopped early due to coronavirus.
