Paying for public transport with contactless – what do passengers think?

Building on the work we did in 2014 around using contactless cards for rail travel, we asked how people are currently using contactless outside of London. We also asked what they think of being able to use it for public transport.

This is part of our smarter travel series of work, aimed at making sure that passengers are at the heart of the development of new technology.
